Hotel X Case Study- Glass-Spider Railing System

In order to differentiate from other luxury hotels in the Toronto area, Hotel X needed to embody a modern flagship hotel experience with unprecedented accommodations. Hotel X obtained this aesthetic through NORR Architects of Toronto, Canada.

The architects specified a low maintenance, attractive, yet easy to install outdoor stainless steel guardrail that had to meet current Ontario Building Requirements (OBC 2012). Lavi Industries and State Window Corp. of Canada presented a Pre-Fabricated 316-grade stainless steel guardrail system that offers an elegant look while adhering to the performance requirements.
