Easily create a secure area or lane with this versatile barrier wall system. Low panels keep a queue lane rigid and in place while providing in-queue branding, messaging, and wayfinding opportunities. Taller panels give a waiting area or staff zone real separation.

Works with Beltrac Partition Posts and Stanchions. On a 14-inch sloped base, the post should be at least 2 inches taller; on a magnetic base, half an inch. A taller post lifts the panel higher off the floor.

Clear acrylic keeps sight lines open. Sintra provides privacy and an integrated surface for branding or wayfinding. Because the hinge lives in the frame, a run can follow corners and curves without extra brackets.

How tall should my barrier panels be?

Use 30-inch panels to keep a queue lane rigid while sight lines stay open. Choose 36-, 48-, or 60-inch panels to separate a waiting area or staff zone. For a 6-foot wall, or black below and clear above in one panel, choose Tall Hinged Panel Barriers.

What post height do I need?

On a 14-inch sloped base, use a post at least 2 inches taller than the panel. On a magnetic base, half an inch taller is enough. Extra post height raises the panel off the floor. The 60-inch panel, for example, runs on 6-foot posts and sits 12 inches off the floor.

Should I choose clear acrylic or black Sintra?

Clear acrylic keeps the area visible and can carry printed graphics. Black Sintra blocks the view and gives you a solid surface for branding or wayfinding.

Can I add a gate to a hinged panel wall?

Yes. Single Breakaway and Dual Breakaway gates release under push pressure so people can exit. The Barrier Gate with Latch Closure locks to control access. All three hinge onto the partition posts in the same run.
