An unmarked closed lane collects a line of customers who then have to be turned away one by one. This graphic prevents that: posted on a stanchion at the closed position, "This Section Closed" signals a temporary status — closed right now, not permanently off limits — and sends traffic to the open lanes on its own. The insert comes pre-printed on single-sided paper for Lavi post-top stanchion sign frames, sold separately, in four landscape sizes — 5.5" x 7", 7" x 11", 8.5" x 11", and 11" x 14". Open positions can carry the "Check Out" or "Register Here" graphics so the whole row reads clearly at a glance.
