Feeding one line to several teller windows keeps service fair and keeps the floor orderly, but the arrangement only works if the line knows where to wait. This insert posts the instruction at the hold point: customers pause at the sign and step forward when the next teller opens up, instead of forming a separate line at every window. For counters staffed by agents rather than tellers, the companion 'Next Available Agent' graphic carries the same message in general terms. The insert is pre-printed on single-sided paper for Lavi Post-Top Stanchion Sign Frames, sold separately, and is offered in landscape sizes 5.5x7, 7x11, 8.5x11, and 11x14.
