When the finish schedule matters, a socket mount is the cleanest way to run a belt line. Nothing sits on the floor but the post itself. Drop it in when the queue forms and pull it out afterward; the socket cap closes the opening flush. Choose the full floor socket where you want the post fully captured, or the pin socket for the smallest opening in the floor. The post is standard Contempo: a smooth steel tube with no visible joints that encloses the mechanism, a belt that retracts under control, and a finish range that runs from Polished and Satin Stainless to Brushed Gold and Wrinkle Black. Built in the USA.
