Description

For wrap-around terminations on the larger rail, this 180° flush "T" fitting covers the return-to-wall detail per ADA 505.7.2 on 2" OD handrail with no protruding joint. Five finishes — polished brass, 304 polished or satin stainless, and 316 polished or satin stainless — carry the rail's appearance through to its end.

Description

Larger 2" OD runs terminate the same way smaller ones do: the rail turns back on itself at the wall — the return-to-wall detail under ADA 505.7.2 — and this three-outlet flush "T" makes that 180° wrap-around. Tubes slide into each outlet for flush joints with nothing standing out along the grip. It serves stairs of any scale, from a single staircase to a longer run. Five finishes cover the range: polished brass for a traditional or restoration rail, 304 stainless polished or satin for a modern interior, and 316 polished or satin where salt or chlorine is present. It pairs naturally with the 90° "T" for branching intersections, giving a rail its junctions and terminations from one line. Note the OD won't interchange with 1.5" or 1.67" tubing.
