Lavi Industries ‘Qtrac CF’ Delivers Ultimate Single-Line Queuing Solution

Electronic Call Forwarding decreases checkout wait times, increases customer satisfaction.
January 14, 2013

Valencia, California - Lavi Industries, a national leader in crowd control and queue management technologies, sets a retail industry standard with its electronic call forwarding solution that streamlines the checkout process for ultimate customer satisfaction.

The Lavi Industries Qtrac CF is a wireless in-queue call forwarding system that optimizes customer throughput and increases service efficiency by simplifying the way agents hail customers. With a single button push on the Qtrac CF wireless remote, agents instantly alert the next waiting customer and effortlessly guide them to an open service position using both audio and visuals from the LCD display.

The Qtrac CF solution increases service efficiency by up to 35%, decreasing customer wait time and eliminating costly agent downtime. It also greatly increases opportunities for in-queue impulse sales.

Qtrac CF works independently from other in-store networks, keeping proprietary information safe and secure. Additionally, multiple Qtrac CF systems can be quickly and easily configured to work together, allowing agents to use the remote to call customers from other service queues. The system’s wireless technology makes it easy to add or move station remotes – up to 99 – and control numerous other peripheral devices, such as station lights or security doors.

Qtrac CF incorporates pre-installed alerts, voices and images, all of which also can be fully customized to meet retailers’ needs. System monitors can also display customized stills and videos in between queuing prompts to convey timely promotions and keep customers engaged while waiting, dramatically decreasing perceived wait times.

Lavi Industries will demonstrate Qtrac CF and other public guidance technologies in booth #2727 at NRF 2013 in New York, January 13-15.
