Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience of proven success in managing sales and marketing force generating annual sales of at least $25 mil.
• Proven record in team building and leadership.
• Strength in hiring, motivating, and monitoring Sales Executives and Distributors.
• Working knowledge of business contracts.
• Ability to manage marketing campaigns and CRM database.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree, Master’s Degree preferred.

SALES EXECUTIVE - CA - Government

We currently have an opening for an Inside Sales Executive for the Government Market based in Valencia, California. The ideal candidate should be an agent for aggressive sales growth and have experience in cultivating sales in the government market.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Represent Lavi Industries’ product line to all Government agencies.
• Assist in development and implementation of strategic sales plan tailored to each market segment.
• Meet sales quota based on strategic plan.
• Represent Lavi Industries at tradeshows and perform all follow-up functions.
• Analyze customer requirements for future products.
• Work with existing customers to grow and develop their business.
• Travel as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in manufactured products.

• Must have prior experience selling to the Government and working with Government contracts.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Proven successful track record of closing sales.

• Outstanding communication and negotiating skills.

• High energy and strong work ethic.
